«Modern 3D additive technologies like 3D modelling, 3D scanning and 3D printing give a lot of possibilities for building high quality display and functional/RC models from scratch or for modification of already existing models.
At the same time all these possibilities lead to a lot of challenges and require at least a basic knowledge and understanding of 3D additive technologies even you are not doing all that yourself and just going to order 3D modelling and 3D printing of the model of interest from third party.
During my mini lecture I would like to give an introduction into 3D additive technologies: What is possible? What are the pos and cons? What do you need to know and get to start your existing joinery into 3D additive technologies world? I would be also glad to answer your questions during workshops and also at my stand “Andrew 3D Model Space”. «
